Designed for hospitality businesses using tables or tabs within their EPOS system, QConnect lets customers access and pay their bill directly from their own mobile phone by scanning a QR code.
There’s no app to download and no account to create.
More flexibility at the point of payment
Once an order has been stored against a table or tab in Quantum, a unique QR code can be included on the bill.
Customers simply scan the code and are taken to a secure QConnect website linked to their bill, where they can choose how they want to pay.
They can:
View the current bill and outstanding balance
Pay the full amount
Split the payment between several people
Enter a specific amount to contribute
Use Go Dutch to divide the balance equally
Call a member of staff if they need assistance
This gives customers more control over how they settle the bill while helping make the payment process easier for staff too.
Faster payments and table turnaround
Splitting the bill can often be one of the more time-consuming parts of table service.
With QConnect, customers can manage and complete their payment from their own phones, without waiting for a member of staff to bring over a payment device. Once the bill has been settled, the restaurant is notified that the table has paid.
For busy hospitality teams, this can reduce the time spent handling multiple payment requests and help tables become available sooner. Faster table turnaround can allow restaurants to serve more customers and generate greater revenue, particularly during busy periods.

QConnect fits around the way your team already uses Quantum.
Staff can continue creating tables or tabs, taking orders and managing service as normal. QConnect simply gives customers another way to view, manage and pay their bill from their own device.
That makes it suitable for restaurants, pubs, bars, cafés, coffee shops, hotels, clubs and other table-service venues using Quantum.
