The Running Fox owns three artisan bakeries and cafés in Northumberland.
Challenges:
Prior to working with Cunninghams, The Running Fox was using pen and paper to take bookings across their multiple locations. This traditional method was proving inefficient, so they were keen to source a new, reliable solution to help them move the business forward.
Solutions:
To future-proof the business and streamline their table booking processes, our specialist team installed our QReservations solution across their Shilbottle, Felton and Longframlington premises. The solution fully integrates with their existing Quantum EPOS system. Since going live with QReservations in 2019, the business has taken over 37,000 bookings across all three sites!
The Running Fox later contacted us in April 2020 to explore alternative methods of generating income and serving their community during the COVID-19 pandemic. To help our client, we deployed a ‘Click & Collect’ solution by Preoday for their café in Felton within 48 hours. The system integrated with their existing Quantum EPOS software, which means they were up and running in no time. This meant the Running Fox were able to easily sell their products online, including essential food packages, as well as goods from other local suppliers.
Following the successful implementation at Felton, the system was later introduced to their café in Longframlington.
