Solution
The company were looking for a robust solution that could efficiently handle their food and beverage operation. Due to their vision and plans for rapid expansion, they required a solution that was scalable, reliable and dynamic, to enable the management team to monitor performance and make informed, data-driven decisions.
We installed 5 EPOS terminals and delivered the project ahead of schedule, providing both remote and onsite training to stakeholders and staff.
Having used Cunninghams at a previous company, the directors of Leisure Resorts contacted the team to supply our Quantum solution at their new luxury holiday complex, which was opening in the Spring of 2018.
Expansion
Soon after, Leisure Resorts expanded to 4 sites and required our Quantum system throughout their estate, with a total of 14 EPOS terminals installed.
COVID-19
Due to the company’s drive and determination to provide a first-class customer experience and to help the park overcome the challenges relating to COVID-19 restrictions, Cunninghams implemented the Preoday web ordering platform. The solution fully integrates with our Quantum solution and allows their guests to order from the table or from the lodges directly to food and beverage outlets, all through a branded Leisure Resorts app.
Results
By using Quantum across their expanding business, the directors have full access to all park data, allowing them to monitor and control all operations from a central location. With online ordering here to stay, their new Preoday integration will help future-proof the business and provide a vital solution to see them into the future.
