As the COVID-19 crisis continues to dominate global headlines, I would like to reassure you that the leadership team at Cunningham’s EPOS Group are closely monitoring the development of the crisis and are following the advice given by the Government, NHS and World Health Organisation.
Our ultimate aim is to continue to support our clients, partners and their business, without jeopardising the safety of our staff. We are taking these matters extremely seriously and are adapting our operations to follow current best practices.
We have encouraged staff who can work from home to do so, as our industry-leading IT infrastructure allows us to continue supporting clients remotely.
At present, we will continue carrying out planned installations and service calls and our field service team are working with clients on essential business critical issues.
As we have seen in previous weeks, the COVID-19 crisis has quickly developed, and there is a reasonable possibility that work which requires a site visit may need to be postponed. This may be due to site access restrictions, the self-isolation of clients or staff, or new guidelines from the Government and NHS.
We understand that this is an uncertain time for all businesses. Rest assured, we are and will do everything we can to ensure business remains as usual and we will update you as and when circumstances change.
If you have a site visit booked in over the coming weeks, and would like to cancel or rearrange it, we ask you do this with as much notice as possible.
We will continue to monitor this situation daily and follow any advice provided by the Government, NHS or WHO and keep you updated.
We are here to help, so please speak to us if you have any questions.
I wish you and your families my very best, and to stay safe and healthy during these uncertain times.
Kindest regards,
Pete Rhodes
Operations Manager
