Campaign Duration

 

The campaign will run for 50 consecutive days until 11:59pm on 30th July. Cunninghams EPoS Group reserves the right to amend, extend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.

Eligibility

 

• The offers are available to new and existing customers in the farm shop and retail sectors.

• Customers must be new to Payments By Cunninghams to qualify for any of the listed options.

• Offers are subject to a brief consultation and approval by Cunninghams EPoS Group.

Offer Details

Option 1: Free Chip & Pin Machine for 12 Months

​

• Receive a fully integrated PED (Pin Entry Device) with no rental charges for the first 12 months.

• Requires signing up to Payments By Cunninghams with an agreed minimum monthly card processing volume.

• A standard terminal rental fee will apply after the 12-month period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Option 2: Up to 50% Off Your Maintenance Fee

​

• Customers who switch their card processing to Payments By Cunninghams can receive up to 50% off their current support invoice.

• The level of discount will be determined based on transaction volume and a like-for-like rate match review.

• A recent merchant statement may be required to validate current processing costs.

Option 3: Free Quantum Go Activation + Free PED

​

• Customers who opt into Payments By Cunninghams will receive free Quantum Go activation (mobile EPoS solution) and a free PED rental for the first 12 months.

• License and hardware remain free for 12 months, after which standard rates apply unless otherwise agreed.

General Conditions

​

• Offers are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are limited to one option per site or customer account.

• Customers must complete onboarding and go live with Payments By Cunninghams within 60 days of expressing interest to qualify.

• Offers require a minimum monthly transaction volume to be processed each month.

Other Information

​

• All offers are subject to Cunninghams’ standard terms of service and contract agreements.

• Availability of specific hardware (PEDs) or software services may vary and is subject to stock or technical compatibility.

• Cunninghams EPoS Group reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse the offer at its sole discretion.

• If you cancel Payments By Cunninghams, we reserve the right to reclaim the support discount.
