There are an unlimited amount of customer groups, for example:- accounts, points, discounts, price levels, etc, all of which could be affected across all items sold or individual items.

Set up groups of customers so that they can receive points for each and every pound they spend, whether it is 1 point or 100 points per pound, whether it’s across all items or specific items. You could have many customer groups all on different points per pound ratio, therefore rewarding frequent use and loyalty.

Simply access a different (cheaper) price structure.

Accounts – Positive and Negative

Allow your customers to either pay up front, which may entitle them to cheaper prices around the facility or build a credit account, with personalised allowances.

Contact Customers
