Set up groups of customers so that they can receive points for each and every pound they spend, whether it is 1 point or 100 points per pound, whether it’s across all items or specific items. You could have many customer groups all on different points per pound ratio, therefore rewarding frequent use and loyalty.

Contact Customers

Postcode Recognition

On answering the call to a new customer, simply ask 3 things, name, post code and house number. Post code recognition software will fill in the full address and another customer is added to your database. It’s as simple as that.
